From the beginning, the Tockr brand has been inextricably linked to the world of aviation and to the C-47 aircraft, beginning with the C-47 Radial Engine Collection which helped the brand first take flight in 2017. The Radial Engine famously paid homage to the iconic WWII era C-47 aircraft. Tockr Founder Austin Ivey’s grandfather flew a C-47 during the war, inspiring Ivey and his father to follow suit and become second and third-generation pilots. Now, with the new C-47 Skeleton Automatic, for the first time, Tockr allows a peek under the C-47 «hood» to reveal a skeletonized movement.

The new C-47 Skeleton features a 42 mm stainless steel case containing an automatically winding movement, caliber STP-6-15, enclosed beneath an anti-glare sapphire crystal. The movement, with its custom skeletonized rotor, has been treated with a blackened or gunmetal treatment to achieve a dramatic visual effect and provide a clear reading of the central luminescent hours, minutes, and seconds hands. The C-47 Skeleton offers a robust 44-hour power reserve. The movement has been rigorously tested, produced, and assembled by Tockr partners in the Swiss Jura to ensure premium quality and reliability.
The wearer can admire an unobstructed view of the skeletonized movement on the dial side, framed by an outer ring and inner grid in either blue or black and bronze. Each ring has been subtly accented by an applied Tockr logo plate. The reverse case side has also been fitted with an anti-glare sapphire crystal to allow a view of the custom skeletonized rotor. The case back bears an engraving of the watch’s consecutive number that attests to its exclusivity, numbered from 1/8 to 8/8. The C-47 comes packaged with two straps, delivered with a premium hand-stitched calf leather and an additional silicon band, both equipped with a stainless steel pin buckle.
